Westhaven is in the Williamson County School district with Pearre Creek Elementary School located within the community. Our students are zoned for Pearre Creek Elementary School, Hillsboro School for middle school and Independence High School. Hillsboro School is most recently recognized as a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School and recipient of the Williamson County Schools 2015 SCORE Award.
The Westhaven community is a place where the best of traditional neighborhood meets modern luxury. The streets themselves are amenities leading to neighborhood-specific items of interest, such as green spaces designed to be used as parks, hiking trails, our championship golf course or our 15,000 square foot Residents’ Club. Construction of the community began in the summer of 2001. The first residents moved into the community in the fall of 2003.
Westhaven’s name is derived from its location on the west side of Franklin and its sense of community generation by the traditional neighborhood design. All of our homes are designed to reflect the traditions of great old neighborhoods combined with modern amenities to enhance and enliven our residents’ lives.
Westhaven is 1,500 acres and could include up to 2750 homes and approximately 119,171 square feet of office and retail space in the Westhaven Town Center.
